When I started as a fractional CFO in 2006, there were relatively few people doing the work of a fractional CFO and even less information available on the Internet. I’ve met with scores of individuals who were considering going into the fractional CFO career and wanted to know what it was about – and advice helping them decide whether to do it.
Now here I am after 17 years of being a “full-time” part time CFO wanting to share what I’ve learned to help create a new generation of fractional CFO’s and provide insights for those considering this sort of career.
